This commercial was directed and produced during my time as Studio Coordinator over the Nail Department at Platinum Beauty & Wellness Spa, one of the top-performing spas in Georgia at the time.

My role extended far beyond management. I was responsible for building systems that elevated both the client experience and the business itself — from creating pedicure protocols and seasonal service menus to developing technician training and introducing retail into the nail department.

The result was a more structured, profitable, and education-driven nail program that supported both staff growth and client retention.
