Policies & Expectations

Thoughtful care begins with mutual respect.

Desirable Boutique is committed to building warm, respectful, and value-aligned relationships with every guest and client we serve. Our policies are not designed to make your experience feel rigid. They help us protect the peaceful environment, professional time, customized care, and consistent level of service that make the boutique experience special.

We ask every guest to review these expectations before visiting, booking a service, enrolling in a membership or package, or becoming a virtual client.

Come Ready to Relax & Unload

Desirable Boutique was created to provide more than beauty services. We are intentionally curating a peaceful, spa-like environment where clients can slow down, release the weight of the day, and receive thoughtful care.

We welcome you to arrive with the desire to relax, recharge, and enjoy your experience.

Please help us protect the atmosphere by:

  • Keeping phone conversations and videos to a minimum

  • Using headphones when listening to personal media

  • Speaking respectfully to our team and other guests

  • Avoiding disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Allowing yourself to be present during your service

We understand that every client relaxes differently. Some guests enjoy conversation, while others prefer quiet. Please communicate what would make you feel most comfortable so we can create an experience that fits your needs.

Communicate Your Expectations

Your service should feel personal to you.

Desirable Boutique does not offer a one-size-fits-all experience. We ask clients to communicate their preferences, sensitivities, concerns, desired results, and expectations before and during their appointment.

Please let your service provider know if you:

  • Prefer a quiet or conversational appointment

  • Have allergies, sensitivities, injuries, medical concerns, or mobility needs

  • Are uncomfortable at any point during the service

  • Would like changes made to the shape, color, pressure, temperature, or overall service

  • Have an upcoming event or a specific result in mind

  • Are unsure which service is most appropriate

We cannot correct an issue that has not been communicated. Respectful feedback is always welcome, and we encourage clients to speak up while we still have the opportunity to adjust the experience.

Our goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, informed, and cared for.

Late Arrivals

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving on time allows your provider to complete your service safely, thoroughly, and without rushing.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in, use the restroom, complete any required forms, and prepare for your appointment.

Clients arriving late may experience one of the following:

  • A shortened service

  • The removal of optional add-ons or nail art

  • A change to a simpler service

  • A rescheduling of the appointment

  • A late or cancellation fee when the remaining time is not sufficient to perform the service properly

Services will not be rushed in a way that compromises quality, safety, or the next client’s appointment.

Please contact us as soon as possible when you expect to be late. Communication does not always prevent a fee, but it allows our team to determine the most reasonable next step.

Memberships

Memberships are designed for clients who value consistent maintenance, priority care, and an ongoing relationship with Desirable Boutique.

Membership benefits are reserved for the enrolled client and are subject to the terms of the selected membership.

Members are expected to:

  • Maintain an active payment method

  • Schedule appointments according to availability

  • Follow the cancellation and rescheduling policy

  • Use services and benefits within the stated redemption period

  • Communicate any changes that may affect their services

  • Treat their membership as an ongoing commitment to routine care

Membership payments reserve access to the program and its included benefits. Payment does not guarantee a specific date, time, or service provider.

Unused services, credits, discounts, or benefits may not roll over unless the membership description specifically states otherwise. Membership benefits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with unauthorized promotions.

A declined or overdue payment may temporarily pause membership benefits until the account is brought current.

Memberships may be reviewed, modified, paused, or discontinued according to the agreement accepted at enrollment. Any required notice for cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Treatment Packages

Packages are created for clients working toward a specific beauty, nail, foot-care, or skincare goal.

Unlike memberships, which support routine maintenance, packages follow a recommended treatment plan and timeline. Results depend on consistency, home care, attendance, individual conditions, and the client’s willingness to follow professional recommendations.

Package clients are expected to:

  • Attend appointments within the recommended schedule

  • Complete required home care

  • Use products as directed

  • Submit requested photos or updates

  • Communicate changes in health, medication, symptoms, or concerns

  • Avoid treatments or products that may interfere with the plan

  • Understand that results and completion dates cannot be guaranteed

Missing appointments or extending too much time between services may affect results and may require the treatment plan to be adjusted.

Package services are reserved for the enrolled client and cannot be transferred or exchanged for unrelated services. Products that have been opened, used, customized, or included as part of a treatment plan are generally nonrefundable.

When a concern appears outside the cosmetic scope of practice, services may be paused until the client receives appropriate medical evaluation or clearance.

Virtual Clients

The Desirable Boutique virtual client program provides professional education, personalized recommendations, progress support, and approved home-care guidance for clients who may not be able to visit the boutique regularly.

Virtual clients may receive support for toenail reconstruction, cosmetic nail care, foot care, skincare, intimate skincare, and other approved services.

Participation begins with a consultation and professional review. Acceptance is not automatic.

Depending on the client’s needs, a virtual care plan may last:

Six months • One year • Up to two years

Virtual clients are expected to:

  • Submit accurate information during the consultation

  • Provide clear, current, unfiltered photos

  • Complete monthly progress check-ins

  • Follow the approved care plan consistently

  • Use products only as directed

  • Communicate reactions, changes, or concerns promptly

  • Attend virtual appointments on time

  • Maintain an accurate shipping address

  • Seek medical care when advised

Eligible clients may receive customized care packages every two months. Products are selected according to the approved care plan, current progress, professional judgment, and product availability.

Approved At-Home Training

Some virtual clients may be approved by the Master Nail Technician for guided at-home product use or maintenance education.

Approval is based on the client’s condition, ability to follow instructions, safety, and the type of care required. Professional products and samples must only be used according to the instructions provided.

Virtual training does not authorize clients to perform licensed services on other people. Clients may not share products, recreate advanced services without approval, or use professional tools beyond the recommended purpose.

Virtual services are cosmetic and educational. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure infections, diseases, circulatory concerns, or other medical conditions.

Guests & Additional Visitors

To preserve the calm environment and limited space within the boutique, only scheduled clients should attend appointments unless another guest has been approved in advance.

Children, friends, family members, and additional visitors should not accompany clients unless they are receiving a service, assisting with a documented need, or have received prior approval.

Guests who are approved to remain in the boutique are expected to respect the same environment, safety rules, and professional boundaries as scheduled clients.

Respectful Relationships

We believe the best client relationships are built through clear communication, kindness, consistency, honesty, and mutual respect.

Desirable Boutique reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services when there is:

  • Repeated disregard for policies

  • Harassment, threats, aggression, or discriminatory behavior

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Dishonest or withheld information

  • Repeated missed appointments or unpaid balances

  • Misuse of products, services, memberships, or packages

  • A breakdown in the professional client-provider relationship

When possible, concerns will be communicated clearly and handled with fairness. However, the safety, comfort, and well-being of our team and guests will always remain a priority.

Our Commitment to You

In return, Desirable Boutique commits to providing professional care, honest recommendations, thoughtful communication, a clean and welcoming environment, and services tailored as closely as possible to your individual needs.

We look forward to creating a relationship in which you feel comfortable communicating, confident receiving care, and excited to return.

Come ready to relax. Communicate what you need. Allow us to create an experience that feels truly desirable.
